Abstract

A recent report by the FBI shows a sharp increase in the number of crimes committed by juveniles as well as an increase in the viciousness of crimes. The author, in this opinion piece, believes a part of the solution to this problem is the censorship of mass forms of entertainment. The author claims he believes in the value of freedom of speech vehemently, but the cost of not solving this problem of juvenile delinquency is too great.
