Brief Bio

Mike Charles is a Professor in the College of Education at Pacific University. His research interests include the uses of visualization tools in teaching mathematics and science in K-12 education.

Steve Rhine is a Professor of Education at Willamette University. He taught high school mathematics for many years before moving into teacher education. He has been active in the educational technology community for the past two decades.

Linda Samek is the Dean of the George Fox University College of Education. She is a distinguished mathematics educator in the state of Oregon.

Rachel Harrington is an Associate Professor of Mathematics Education at the College of Education at Western Oregon University. Her current research interests are finding effective ways to integrate technology into mathematics classrooms.
