Abstract

My qualitative study will explore the purpose and theory behind a curriculum. It examines the differing theories of education, and how an educator's perspective of learning determines how curriculum requirements are implemented. The paper demonstrates how the teacher's view of learning determines how the guide is applied to the classroom.
