This study explores the theory of Multiple Intelligence, and how it may be incorporated into a high school biology curriculum through the technology of multimedia. Two biology classes were observed for a period of four months. During this time, classroom procedures and curriculum were chronicled and analyzed with the intent on finding opportunities to incorporate alternative teaching strategies. These strategies were to be employed the following fall semester during my teaching internship. The results of this project are two units of study: Taxonomy and The Cell. Both units give attention to all of the different intelligences described by Gardner (1983), and the different forms of multimedia technology available to the school.:
