To help them decide whether a book, introduced as evidence in a Marion County Circuit Court case, is indecent, members of the jury Wednesday were each given a copy to read at home. Jurors on a Marion County grand jury investigating a case regarding sales of "indecent literature" were given copies of the book "A Dame Called Murder" as a possible example of such literature. The principal witness against the sale of indecent literature, Mrs. John Pfeifer, was not permitted to testify because her opinion was deemed an invasion of the rights of the jury.
