Hood River Library Director Buzzy Nielsen says High Times would be a good addition. "I think people would read it."
Buzzy Nielsen explains why he is considering adding "High Times," a magazine about marijuana cultivation and use, to the Hood River County Library's collection. Few public libraries subscribe to it, but those that do include the Fort Vancouver Regional Library District, Multnomah County Library, and the Seattle Public Library. Because recreational marijuana is now legal in several states, some libraries are choosing to add marijuana resources to their collections.
