Jack Ohman is the editorial cartoonist at the Sacramento Bee, but he has deep connections to Oregon. He worked at the The Oregonian for 29 years and is a graduate of Portland State University.
Political cartoonist and author, Jack Ohman, will speak at the Eugene Public Library in honor of Banned Books Week. Ohman has been cartooning professionally since the age of 19 and recently won the Pulitzer Prize. Ohman discusses the challenges and impact of his work, “pushing on the edge of free speech.”
