Abstract

In this experiment we investigated whether or not super resolution could be attained by using Kartashev's idea of assigning specific wavelengths or colors to an object. Theta modulation was used to produce a color-coded image and its transmission through a turbid medium was used to demonstrate super resolution. We succeeded in demonstrating that a theta modulated color-coded image will be degraded less through a turbid medium than a conventional line image.
