Making a corneal analogue and simulating the intraocular pressure

16 May 1986

Abstract

A corneal analogue of desired dimensions can be made of silicone rubber using a mold, which is made of dental alginate. The intraocular pressure (lOP) is simulated in a pressure chamber connected to an adjustable water manometer.
