Book Crook County schools banned is a good, worthwhile read

Abstract

Janet Stevens, deputy editor of The Bulletin, argues that the values presented in Sherman Alexie's "Part-Time Indian" are far better than those presented in most television produced for teenagers, and should not be condemned for one small passage of 'questionable' content.
