The high cost of censorship

30 November 2000

Abstract

Opinion: Vincent Lew, a high school senior, discusses the need for students to be free to read all types of literature because it reflects the world and is necessary for a free society. Allowing censorship in small areas promotes moving to broader censorship and loss of intellectual freedom in an Orwellian society.
