Robert E. Lloyd says in his opinion piece that the library has nothing to consider but its budget. He said that he voted against the budget for the same reason that he has voted against all money issues, high taxes. Lloyd says that everyone that he has talked to voted against the budget because of high taxes, and that it had nothing to do with Playboy. He then ends by saying that radical groups have tried to use tax issues for their own purpose throughout history and that is has never worked.
