Abstract
The book “If Beale Street Could Talk” is up for review in St. Paul. A committee has been formed to review the book after a parent complained about sexually explicit content that the book contains. The book has been in the high school library for eleven years and this is the first complaint about the book according to the superintendent, Charles Geis. The rest of the article explains what else was discussed at the February 22nd St. Paul school board meeting.
