Abstract
The video "Hearts and Minds", which is about the Vietnam War, was challenged at the Driftwood Library in Lincoln City for "offensive" content. This challenge was one of 37 in Oregon recorded by the Oregon Intellectual Freedom Clearinghouse during fiscal year 1994-95. Twenty-six challenges were aimed at materials held in public libraries, and eleven items from school libraries were challenged.
