Abstract
The upper first molar extruded, causing Class III, Type B food impaction mechanisms, on either side of it, with evidently resultant caries. The tilting mesially of all the other upper and lower molars cause food impaction mechanisms similar to those in Fig. 16, with caries in the same relative areas. (One individual)
