Clackamas County Library board of trustees opposes Measure 9

The Clackamas County Library Board of Trustees approved a resolution to oppose Measure 9, claiming it poses a threat of censorship to library materials. The measure prohibits state and local governments from using public funds or property to promote homosexuality. The Clackamas County Board of Education joined the library board in opposing Measure 9, and supporting the right of intellectual freedom.
