Abstract
This case conference explored interdisciplinary opportunities created as the Oregon State Hospital shifts from a “medical model” to a recovery based, person-centered treatment focused on discharge to the community. Opportunities for occupational therapy, physical therapy, physician assistants, pharmacy and psychology were discussed – including falls prevention, medication/bioinformatics issues, and cognitive assessment.
