The Corvallis Public Library will be revising its policies after citizens vetoed a display that was supposed to be displayed in the library. Richard Masker’s display would showcase literature that challenges historical events such as the World War II holocaust. Library Director Kay Salmon is recommending to the library board that the policies about displays be tightened up. When Masker first approached the library about his display he said that he would be display materials concerning the cause of wars. The library policy states that displays and exhibits should be of general interest. No religious or political displays are accepted.
