Abstract

The Uncensored Celebration of September 1996 had many different events that happened around Portland. The American Civil Liberties Union Foundation of Oregon has spent the last seven years celebrating the right to read. The article highlights several readings, lectures, discussions, kid’s events, and many other events that took place.
