Abstract
Above - left - inflamed septal tissue between the upper teeth and emphasized embrasures between the lower right lateral incisor and cuspid; right - approximal root surfaces exposed through recession of septal tissue after treatment of an interdental pyorrheal condition; center - gingivo-coronal embrasures emphasized by wasting of the exposed cervical root surface and by heavy marginal gingivae; Below - deep interdental spaces in posterior part of the mouth brought about through the destruction of septal tissue by acute Vincent's infection.
