Management Issues in two Combination Classrooms is an analytical paper designed to present data on classroom management skills and strategies currently observed in combination classrooms . The research is based on the conceptual framework of Elliot Eisner who follows the model of educational connoisseurship and criticism. It focuses on qualities found while participating as a student teacher in two combination classrooms in a suburban school. The purpose of this paper was to build a repertoire of management and discipline strategies for the use in combination classrooms. This research paper is a resource which offers techniques presently employed by elementary teachers that encourage appropriate classroom behavior and an educational environment where students are profitably engaged in the learning process.
