A Case for Including Lower Extremity Training for Treating Patients with Low Back Pain

The purpose of this study is to investigate two clinical questions: 1. Does lower extremity weakness require more work by the back in healthy adults? 2. Do adults with persistent low back pain demonstrate strength or endurance deficits in their lower extremities when compared to healthy adults?
